We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings, especially for peak season dates (October–April). We only take a limited number of bookings each year to ensure every client gets our full attention. For events and portrait sessions, 4–8 weeks is usually plenty of time — but reach out early to avoid missing out.

Once you're happy with your quote, we'll send you a contract to review and sign. Your date is locked in when the contract is signed and the 30% deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due on your wedding or event day.

Absolutely! We're based in Canberra but available for events across the ACT, Sydney, and regional NSW. For destinations further afield, travel costs (flights, accommodation) are added to the package. Get in touch and we'll sort out a tailored quote.

We offer eight wedding packages:

• The Quiet Elopement ($999) — Up to 2 hours, 1 photographer, 200–300 images. Sunday–Thursday only.

• Vietnamese Tea Ceremony ($1,650) — Up to 2 hours, photographer + videographer, 200–350 images, 2–3 min highlight film.

• Mini Wedding / Elopement ($2,300) — Up to 4 hours, photographer + videographer, 300–400 images, 3–5 min film.

• Wedding Photography Only ($2,650) — Up to 8 hours, 400–600 images.

• Wedding Videography Only ($2,650) — Up to 8 hours, 5–7 min cinematic film.

• Half Day Wedding ($3,300) — Up to 6 hours, photographer + videographer, 300–450 images, 4–6 min film.

• Full Day – Essential ($4,500) — Up to 8 hours, photographer + videographer, 400–600 images, 5–7 min film.

• Full Day – Premium ($7,300) — Up to 10 hours, 2 photographers + 2 videographers, 700–1,000 images, 6–8 min film.

Yes. For weddings, choose Wedding Photography Only or Wedding Videography Only ($2,650 each). For birthdays, baptisms and parties, we have fixed-price event packages from $460. See our Events page.

We do! Portrait sessions are available at $250/hr and cover couples, family, individual/solo, newborn, and maternity sessions. Headshot sessions are a flat $375 for a 1-hour session. These are a wonderful way to capture a moment in time outside of a big event.

Packages with a teaser include a next-day teaser — great for sharing the day after. Your edited photos arrive within 2–4 weeks, and your highlight film within 6–8 weeks. Everything is delivered by a private Google Drive link, which stays active for 3 months, so please download everything during that time.

It depends on your package:

• Weddings: from 200–300 images (Quiet Elopement) up to 700–1,000 (Full Day – Premium). The exact number is listed for every package on our Services page.

• Events: 100+ edited images for a 2-hour package, or 150+ for a 3-hour package.

Every image is individually edited — we never deliver unedited or batch-filtered photos.

Yes. You get personal usage rights to all your images, so you can share them on social media, print them and frame them. They can’t be sold or used commercially without written permission. We may use images in our portfolio and marketing — if you’d prefer we don’t, just let us know.

Rain can actually make for stunning, moody photos — some of our favourites have been on rainy days! We always come prepared and know how to work with any conditions. If you're worried, it's worth having a wet-weather backup plan with your venue. We'll adapt to whatever the day brings.

We offer a complimentary pre-event consultation (via Zoom or in person) to go over your day's timeline, must-have shots, and any special requests. For destination or complex venues, a site visit can be arranged — just ask and we'll work something out.

We accept bank transfer (EFT). Payment details are on your invoice. A 30% deposit confirms your booking, and the balance is due on your wedding or event day.

The deposit is non-refundable, because it reserves your date and covers our pre-wedding work. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 30 days’ written notice. We’ll do our best to move your date, subject to availability. Full details are in your contract.
