We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings, especially for peak season dates (October–April). We only take a limited number of bookings each year to ensure every client gets our full attention. For events and portrait sessions, 4–8 weeks is usually plenty of time — but reach out early to avoid missing out.

Once you're happy with your quote, we'll send over a contract for you to review and sign. Your date is officially locked in once the contract is signed and a 30% deposit has been paid. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Absolutely! We're based in Canberra but available for events across the ACT, Sydney, and regional NSW. For destinations further afield, travel costs (flights, accommodation) are added to the package. Get in touch and we'll sort out a tailored quote.

We offer three wedding packages:

• Mini Wedding / Elopement ($1,600) — Up to 4 hours, 1 photographer + 1 videographer, 200–350 images, 3–5 min highlight film. Perfect for intimate ceremonies.

• Full Day Essential ($3,200) — Up to 8 hours, 400–600 images, 5–7 min highlight film. Our most popular package.

• Full Day Premium ($4,800) — Up to 13 hours, 2 photographers + 2 videographers, 700–1,000 images, 6–8 min cinematic film. Maximum coverage for larger weddings.

Yes! For events, birthdays, and parties, you can book photography only at $200/hr, or add videography for a combined rate of $350/hr. For wedding packages, both photo and video are included — we believe they work best together to tell the full story of your day.

We do! Portrait sessions are available at $200/hr and cover headshots, couples, family, newborn, and maternity sessions. These are a wonderful way to capture a moment in time outside of a big event.

You'll receive a next-day teaser (a handful of edited highlights — great for sharing on the day after!). The full gallery and film are delivered within 4–8 weeks via a private online gallery link. Wedding films may take up to 8 weeks due to the editing involved.

It depends on your package:

• Mini Wedding: 200–350 professionally edited images

• Full Day Essential: 400–600 edited images

• Full Day Premium: 700–1,000 edited images

• Events: 60+ edited images per hour

Every image is individually edited — we never deliver unedited or batch-filtered photos.

Yes — you receive full personal usage rights to all delivered images. Share them on social media, print them, frame them, use them in your home. The only restriction is commercial resale. We do retain the right to use images in our portfolio and marketing (if you'd prefer we don't, just let us know).

Rain can actually make for stunning, moody photos — some of our favourites have been on rainy days! We always come prepared and know how to work with any conditions. If you're worried, it's worth having a wet-weather backup plan with your venue. We'll adapt to whatever the day brings.

We offer a complimentary pre-event consultation (via Zoom or in person) to go over your day's timeline, must-have shots, and any special requests. For destination or complex venues, a site visit can be arranged — just ask and we'll work something out.

We accept bank transfer (EFT). Payment details are included in your invoice. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 14 days before your event.

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable as it covers date reservation and pre-event work. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date at no extra cost, subject to availability. Full details are outlined in your contract.
